This building is the Elder, Quinn and McGill Building in Casper, Wyoming. I'm not really familiar with this company, but I believe it does construction work of some type. They've had a very long presence in Casper, and obviously owned this building at some point. I don't know if they still own it. This downtown building is directly across from the railroad and very near Natrona Transfer and Storage.

I wonder if this was associated with the company by the same name in Denver. They did heavy equipment sales and leasing (work-crew type trailers, school buses, some construction vehicles).
I'm sure there the same company.
They were in Casper when I was a kid, and therefore I associate them with Wyoming, but they may very well be a Colorado company that expanded up to here.
Had main office in Denver, sold International heavy equipment,, Galion road graders, CedarRapids and El-Jay rock crusher, Liehberr heavy equipment. I worked for them as outside salesman form 2002-2007.
